BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Book online: A credit card is required at time of booking on Vagaro or with your stylist to reserve an appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until your stylist accepts the request. ( Need help booking online? )

CANCELLATIONS

Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to stick to our schedule.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our stylists’ time, the following policies will be honored:

  • Cancel/Reschedule
    Please notify us or login to Vagaro.com at least 72 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be charged a fee equal to 100% of booked services to your credit card on file.

  • No Shows
    No shows will be charged a fee equal to 100% of booked services to your credit card on file.

  • Late Arrivals
    If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your booked service. Late arrivals will be charged a fee equal to 100% of booked services to your credit card on file.

  • If You Are Sick...
    Please stay home and contact your stylist as soon as possible. We get sick too, and then we can’t work. We will do our best to accommodate you when you are well.

Children

Due to the nature of our business, we ask that children do not accompany you to your visit unless they are also receiving services.

Pricing

Prices vary by stylist and length of hair. We offer free, in-salon consultations and quotes for services. Over the phone price quotes can not be guaranteed due to variance of length and thickness of hair.

Gratuities

Gratuities are highly appreciated by your service provider but not required. If you prefer to tip your stylist, 20% of your service total is a standard gratuity. Cash back on charges and checks are not permitted.

Excellence Guaranteed

We offer a seven day service guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we will redo the service at no charge with the same stylist or an alternative stylist. Refunds are only given at the owner's/manager's discretion in the form of salon credit.

Product

Retail returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for retail exchange only.

Ownership Of Site

All intellectual property in material contained in this website belongs to Saviours Salon or under licence from third party owners. The material may be reproduced or re-used only for internal, non-commercial purposes.
